Case Study

This program helped me explore a possible career path and helped me develop a better understanding of what HR does. I have learned the functions of the Human Resources Department and how their operations impact their employees and the organization as a whole. Overall, the internship has shown me all sides of the HR process and has helped me conclude that I want to work in Human Resources as a career after graduation.
